Kiwi

Terms of Service

Last updated 26 October 2026

Kiwi is a hosted service at kiwiflow.io operated by Glorium Technologies Corp. (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you or your organization use Kiwi, including its web app, MCP server and HTTP API. By creating an account or using Kiwi, you accept them. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

The service

Kiwi gives coding agents, people and CI one shared workflow and record. It records what they report to it. It does not run your code, start or stop agents, or watch your tools.

Accounts and organizations

You need a Kiwi account to use the service. Sign-in is provided by Clerk. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Work in Kiwi belongs to an organization, and its admins manage its members, roles and projects.

Your content

Workflows, runs, reports and other content you, your people, agents and CI send to Kiwi stay yours. You let us store, process and show that content only to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your agents, keys and CI

You're responsible for the agents, MCP keys, checker keys and CI jobs you connect to Kiwi, and for what they report under your organization. Keep keys secret, and revoke a key you think is exposed.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Kiwi to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Don't try to reach accounts, organizations, projects or data you aren't authorized to use.
  • Don't disrupt or overload the service, or test its security without our permission.
  • Don't send malware or content you have no right to share.

Plans

Plans and prices are listed in the pricing section. Paid plans aren't available to buy yet. To ask about Starter, Business or Enterprise, contact us.

Availability

We make no uptime commitment. The service may change, or be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account or organization that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. You can stop using Kiwi at any time and ask us to delete your account or organization.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, Kiwi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that reported work is correct or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using Kiwi after a change, the updated terms apply.
