Kiwi for Figma
Have the agent on a Kiwi step read the Figma frame linked to its work and build from its components and variables, through Figma's MCP server.
- Your agent works in Figma through its own connection. Kiwi does not call Figma and never holds its credentials.
- A workflow skill can list Figma among the tools it requires. When you supply your agent's available tools to a skill check and Figma is not among them, the check reports
SK15-UNSUPPORTED-TOOL. - A project Admin can add links to Figma, with notes, under Connections and bind them to the steps that use them. The agent reads them with
list_connections. - The agent can report the tools and plugins it ran with, including its Figma connection, with
report_configuration. - The agent submits links to its work in Figma as the step's outputs. People review them, and sign-off stays with the people your workflow names.
What your agent can do in Figma
- Read the design context of a frame or layer from its link: its variables, components and layout data.
- Turn a selected Figma frame into code for a new flow or a change to an existing feature.
- Reuse the code components that Code Connect maps to the design, so the generated code matches your codebase.
- Read FigJam diagrams, flows and architecture maps as context for the work.

Add the Figma MCP server to your agent with this URL. The credentials stay with your agent.

Publish instructions like these as a workflow skill that lists Figma among its required tools.
Start from the Figma frame link in the step's inputs. Read the frame's design context with the Figma MCP server. Build the change with the code components Code Connect maps to the frame. Submit the pull request link and a summary of design differences as outputs. If the link does not open or the frame is missing, report a blocker with the link you tried and stop. Leave design sign-off to the people the workflow names.
