Kiwi for Google Chat
Have the agent on a Kiwi step read a Google Chat space and post its result there, through Google's Chat MCP server.
- Your agent works in Google Chat through its own connection. Kiwi does not call Google Chat and never holds its credentials.
- A workflow skill can list Google Chat among the tools it requires. When you supply your agent's available tools to a skill check and Google Chat is not among them, the check reports
SK15-UNSUPPORTED-TOOL. - A project Admin can add links to Google Chat, with notes, under Connections and bind them to the steps that use them. The agent reads them with
list_connections. - The agent can report the tools and plugins it ran with, including its Google Chat connection, with
report_configuration. - The agent submits links to its work in Google Chat as the step's outputs. People review them, and sign-off stays with the people your workflow names.
What your agent can do in Google Chat
- Find a conversation, such as a team's space, and list its members.
- List or search the messages in a space to pick up a request and its context.
- Send a message to a space with the step's result.
- Mark a conversation as read once the request in it is handled.
- The server needs membership in Google's Workspace Developer Preview Program and a Chat app configured in a Google Cloud project.

Publish instructions like these as a workflow skill that lists Google Chat among its required tools.
Read the Google Chat space and the request from the assignment inputs. Search the space's messages for the earlier discussion of the request. Send one message to the space with the outcome and the pull request link. Submit the space name and the sent message's ID as the step's outputs. Follow-up questions in the space go to the request's owner. If the space cannot be found, call report_blocker with its name.
